Boston was originally the USA’s candidate for 2024, but withdrew due to lack of help, causing the USOC to turn to experienced Los Angeles. Once again as in 1984, heavy use of currently-current facilities with what new infrastructure is built to be planned with the city’s lengthy-term needs in mind (such as lastly connecting the Metro to LAX and constructing a great deal-necessary housing).
